Method 1: Integration via Google Tag Manager (Recommended)
If you use Google Tag Manager (GTM), Karla can be implemented in just a few minutes by following these 4 simple steps:
Create a new tag:
Log into your GTM account, navigate to 'Tags', and create a new one. Select the tag type Custom HTML
Insert the code:
Copy the specific Karla snippet provided by us and paste it directly into the HTML field.
Add a trigger:
Scroll down to the 'Triggers' section and select Page View or All Pages to ensure Karla loads correctly across your site.
Review and Publish:
Once your tag and trigger are configured, we recommend using the 'Preview' mode to verify everything works. Finally, click Publish to push the changes live. It's that simple!
Method 2: Direct Source Code Insertion (Alternative)
If using Google Tag Manager is not an option, you can implement Karla directly into your website's HTML.
Copy your Karla snippet and paste it directly inside the <body> tag of your site (we recommend placing it just before the closing </body> tag for optimal loading speed).
